we met at your counter at Barneys, im the girl whose face went red and got a bit freaked out. well i did go back the next day and purchased the product, however i forgot to put the cleanser in my case and consequently had the cleanser confiscated at Zurich Airport, to my utter devastation !!. anyway thankfully your girl rachel has given me an extra pot of cleanser and so i have managed since to use the cleanser and cream. I must commend you for recommending it to me because my skin does look heaps better and will definately recommend to my friends. i am now writing to you to enquire how i can get hold of some more .... as need to replace the cleanser. let me know what the process is ?

Something very strange is happening with my skin, in a great way, which I am sure Michael is aware would happen.

You know I am always my own guinea pig and the results I have had have been getting better and better and that like it says on the grey instruction leaflet, I have only been using the product once a day with great results. Soooooooo, one step further, i stopped using anything for three days, and guess what, my skin did it all for itself.

I am obviously going to continue with the products in case my skin slows down again but even I am shocked about what Bionova can do. I have used such tiny amounts, that the products I bought from you in February, I am nearing the end of my first pot of dry skin cream. That's 5 months and it will probably last me 6!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow. Wow. Wow.

Yesterday afternoon in Peter Jones I stood there with not a scrap of makeup on (not even mascara) and sold. I think I look better with eye makeup but I really do not need foundation anymore.

You know I really believe in the brand but this is a step further. Everything you say is absolutely TRUE. I am so used to reading what products are going to do for me that I am NOT disappointed when they do not work, I just accept it as the advertising and part of the hype.

Bionova is totally honest. Unbelievable, even I am shocked.......... and i totally love the brand.

Another experiment, to see where clients go wrong. I put a lot (for Bionova) of activator on my face and guess what my skin became over activated!!!!!! I had to wash it off. There really are active ingredients in Bionova. They really do make the skin work for itself.

Please, please thank Michael for his genius in his research and for his integrity in describing his products. And thank you too, Nana, for bringing these amazing products to a wider audience and maintaining the honesty and integrity in everything you do.

So good to meet you last week in Barney's New York store. Thank you for introducing me to Bionova, I have just started using it and as you suggested, wanted to email you to share my progress.
I have now returned to Australia and am using the product twice a day - I've been using it properly for about 3-4 days now.
I received a compliment from my friend today, she said that my skin looked really good, like it was glowing and it looked a lot smoother than usual so this is a great outcome! :)

I met you at Barneys on Monday night, after the event we held for WAVE.
I bought the products you recommended, but we had to custom order one item. You gave me eye cleanser as you didn't have a sample of the regular cleanser, and a sample of the mask for oily skin. I brought home a full size jar of the massage cream.

Last night I tried everything for the first time and loved the effects.

However, I need to know what to do next. Do I use the cleanser morning and night? Is it the massage cream or the mask that I use only a couple times a week? After cleansing, what do I use to moisturize?

After trying many skin care products one after another, I was already 38. I had many very large dark spots on my cheekbone and I had an inch size dark strip on each of my cheeks. The dark strips appeared to be getting darker and darker and I was even considering getting laser removal.

"I started using Bionova products in late 2001. I started with the custom eye cream. Weeks after I started, my teenage daughter remarked, unprompted,thatitlooked as if the area around my eyes was tightening up. Remember,this was unprompted and a teenage girl to her mother. Face and neck cream were added to my regimen and I felt happy with the results. Over extended time, any facial dryness I had was eliminated. The need for moisturizer to start the day or to be added during the day was eliminated. In the past year, I've started using the Bionova cleanser, eye makeup remover and the cream activator as well as the facial mask. I had thought things couldn't really improve beyond where they were. There are several specific points on my face that seem to have a larger pore or two and these pores accumulate dirt, despite best intentions. I wanted to let you know I just received a custom blended eye cream from you the other day. I used it for the first time last night - I know you're not supposed to notice any results this quickly, but I was absolutely amazed at how my skin looked when I applied this!! The fine lines and wrinkles were just smoothed away - I loved it! Usually I wake up in the morning with very dry skin under my eyes, but this morning my skin looked healthy and hydrated. I can't believe it! I can only imagine how my skin will look after using this for 6-8 weeks and the real results become visible… .

I'd like to get a facial cream; however, my skin is combination oily and dry along with the beginning of some fine lines (but these are predominantly around my eyes). I'm 35 years old. I purchased the starter kit containing Cleanser, Eye Make Up Remover, Activator and the Mask for Normal/Dry Skin and also purchased the Anti Stress Moisturiser for Normal/Dry Skin.
I have always been lucky enough to have good skin with very few problems but since using Bionova for the last month, I can definitely say my skin has never looked better and I am happy to go to work without make-up now - although it would be lovely if you also produced a foundation……..
